My Story
Trace the evolution of Christopher Cadoret: an executive defined by resilience and empathy. This narrative captures the core values and milestones driving a career of high-impact leadership.
“We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.”
– Mahatma Gandhi
"What we do in life echoes in eternity."
"What we do in life echoes in eternity." This isn't just a mantra; it’s my internal compass. My identity is rooted in the belief that leadership isn't a rank to be attained, but a responsibility to be honored. Whether I am managing a multi-state territory or helping a neighbor, I strive to be the good I wish to see in the world.
The Spark: Choosing "To Be the Change"
My journey into leadership wasn't fueled by ambition alone, but by a specific moment of clarity. Early in my career at Verizon, I heard a manager dismiss two colleagues because they "hadn't done anything for him." That transactional view of people struck a chord in me. I knew then that I wanted to lead differently. I committed to being the leader who cares first, supports always, and understands that we are all followers and listeners at heart. No one is greater than the next person; we simply have different roles in the same mission.
The Foundation: A Partnership of Dreams
Since 2005, I have been married to the woman of my dreams. We met while I was an Operations Manager at Bally’s Total Fitness—a time when I was also training as a Firefighter and Paramedic. When she was accepted to her PhD program in Florida, I pivoted, using my "Grit" and work ethic to rise through the ranks at Verizon to support her journey. That move to Tampa was where my passion for executive leadership truly ignited, proving that when you support the dreams of those you love, your own path becomes clear.
Our "Happily Everly After"
The greatest testament to our resilience was a decade-long battle with infertility. After ten years of IVF and unwavering hope, we finally met our daughter, Everly. Being her father has fundamentally changed my lens on the world. Teaching a toddler requires a level of patience and clarity that no corporate seminar can provide. She has made me a better communicator—someone who listens more deeply and speaks with more intentionality.
Vision & Values
Today, I am an avid learner of technology, a relentless competitor (on the field, a board game, or at the card table), and a devoted Detroit sports fan. My mission is to show others what is possible by teaching them to be their best selves. From my Midwest roots to my family in France, I bring a global perspective to every challenge, fueled by a "Team First" mentality and the relentless work ethic that defines who I am.
The Mission
My purpose is to demonstrate what is truly possible by helping individuals unlock their highest potential. I am convinced that a fierce work ethic, paired with emotional intelligence, creates a ripple effect that transforms both company culture and personal lives. I build high-trust environments where everyone is a leader, ensuring our professional contributions leave a lasting, positive mark on the world.
My Vision
To impact others by showing them what is truly possible, supporting and teaching every individual to unlock their best self.
I believe that a relentless work ethic, grounded in "Grit" and Emotional Intelligence, can transform not just businesses, but lives. My goal is to foster environments where everyone is empowered to lead, ensuring that our collective actions today create a positive echo for eternity.
